Measuring just 0.57 x 0.70 x 0.22 inches, NanoLite is the world’s smallest adhesive light designed to be applied on keys and different tools. It was invented by Madeline Canfield, a special education teacher, and developed by January Innovations.
The tiny adhesive light is made from high-density polyethylene and features a compact form factor, which makes it extremely durable, while using built-in night-vision red LED light with a wavelength of 660 nm and 1000-2300 mcd intensity, providing an operating life of up to 10 years.
The energy-efficient LED technology and a 35 mAh Li-Ion battery enable up to 10 years of storage life for NanoLite and up to three years of continuous operating time.
On the back it uses the Advanced VHB Solid Acrylic Adhesive developed by 3M, a company producing various types of strong adhesives for different sectors including airplanes, cell phones, cars and the medical sector. It sticks the light on your key permanently.
The recessed button prevents accidental battery discharge and, thanks to the smart switch system, it supports up to 10 years of use.
You can find NanoLite at Amazon.com, where it’s available for $3.99, or $9.99 in a 4-pack.
